Every member of his crew was polite, personable and had great attention to detail. With a project on the front exterior of my home, it was key to keeping things looking like they belonged there and once the job was complete it looked like it had been there from day one. I would recommend TS Renovations without hesitation and am thrilled with the results of my project.
TS Renovations - Taylor, Bill, Brad - did an outstanding job on our recent entryway renovation. They estimated the work accurately, fulfilled their work commitment exactly as planned, and turned out an excellent result!! In addition they replaced 2 skylights 2 days before a major snowstorm which would have driven the project out into the Spring. Last but not least, they came in slightly under projected budget! This is a highly skilled group of craftsmen who have a solid grasp of customer service and the ability to devise and execute a renovation plan with minimal disruption and maximum benefit for the homeowner.
We had the pleasure of working with Taylor for a major bathroom renovation (moving a wall, new double sink, new floors, completely new tiled tub+shower), and are SO HAPPY with how everything turned out! Taylor and Kelly could not be nicer -- they were patient, super responsive, and so helpful in addressing all of our questions and concerns throughout the project. TS Renovations renovated my entire condo and it was a full gut job. Not one area was left untouched. They completely transformed the space from an outdated 80’s layout into a modern, clean, open home that’s way more functional! They redesigned the kitchen to be more open with better flow, storage, and function, and the difference is night and day. They removed the old stair railing and extended the wall so the living room feels noticeably larger. Both bathrooms were fully redone, including a beautifully tiled shower. They also removed popcorn ceilings throughout, added a ceiling fan and new lighting where there wasn’t any, installed large-format tile flooring downstairs, updated all electric baseboards and thermostats, and replaced outlets, switches, and fixtures throughout. New interior doors and hardware were installed. They refinished the stairs and added a more modern railing. They installed all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and hardware. The entire condo was painted as well. I had to move out during the renovation, and I trusted them completely with my home! I got near-daily updates, they handled HOA communication when needed, and if anything came up outside the scope, they were transparent and walked me through options before moving forward. Taylor, Kelly, and their crew were a blessing. The design and execution exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend TS Renovations.
We loved working with TS Renovations! We needed to replace our old deck and the two men who did the work were wonderful. Throughout the process they were very professional and worked really well together. Also excellent builders with a strong work ethic, which we really appreciated. We love our new deck and look forward to using it this summer and many summers to come!
