Eric is highly professional, very skilled and knowledgeable about his products. We feel fortunate that he is the one servicing our mechanicals and plumbing.
Eric does excellent work from start to finish. He proposes reasonable systems to meet your needs (never tries to sell you something bigger or fancier than you want), has smart solutions to particular problems (like trying to fit a dehumidifier unit into a small closet beneath a stairway), and does clean, tight installations that show great attention to detail. He also really knows the products he installs and is open and up-front about different manufacturers' pros and cons. You won't find a better, more trustworthy HVAC contractor.
Very responsive when you’re in need. Has done wonderful job installing a new heat pump.
