I hired Jeffrey to build a deck, I have a signed contract, they completed the work, I noticed the the rail was loose in a section, since then I tried to get a hold of Jeffrey, I have had no contract since then, It has been 10 days since the last time I talked to him,
Any little thing that needed corrected, he was quick to make sure it was done to perfection! He responded to every phone call. His quotes were exact, and they did not change. The price of the quote was the price I was charged. -Joe
