Spinucci's own background is carpentry — a 1982 trade-school program, then four years on large commercial jobs in Boston before he started out on his own. All of that comes from the company's own website, and that is the caveat that matters here. No reviews, no directory profile, no outside account of a finished job — nothing beyond M.S. Construction's own telling. The site claims a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, #046132, held since 1987, and home improvement contractor registration #104872. Those are the company's numbers as it publishes them, not numbers confirmed against the state. One small thing to note: the site dates the start of the business to 1985 in one sentence and describes Spinucci as owner and operator "Since 1986" in another. If you want someone who has worked the same island for four decades, this is worth a call.
