Buying our first home was a long-held dream for my wife and me. The most important part of that dream was creating a safe, open place where our kids could grow up outside — summer BBQs on the patio, little feet racing through the sprinklers, the classic 1950s backyard life we both wanted for them. Matt understood that without us having to spell it out. He did every single part of the job himself. He removed the old garden beds, stumps, shrubs, and fencing, tilled the soil, brought in high-quality loam, hydroseeded with organic soil enhancers, and installed a full irrigation system with a smart controller. He treated the property like it was his own home. You can feel the pride in the finished work. There were several obstacles and setbacks along the way (none of them his fault), yet he pushed through every one of them and still delivered a lawn that looks and feels exceptional.
