DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - HE HAS FILED CHAPTER 11 SOMETIME IN JUNE OF 2025 - CASHED MY CHECK FOR $3500 IN SEPTEMBER AND NOW I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE !!! Donny’s phone number is disconnected and the owner Richard Cathcart won’t answer any calls .

Terrible company and owners. Much better off going with someone else like Tripp or Devine Fence. They did a really poor job on my neighbor’s and my fence last fall, and their crew blatantly broke one of our sprinkler heads and left without saying anything... Tried to reach out about repair/reimbursement and the owner was rude, said I should have noticed is sooner than in the spring when I turned irrigation on then just ghosted me about it without helping out. Based on other review it sounds like this is a common theme for them and wouldn’t recommend working with people like this.

I had a beautiful expensive fence put up . I loved the fence and they did a nice job. The reason for 3 stars is due to the following:. The gate anchors is a small pipe in the ground. When it storms the ground gets soggy the pipe comes out and gates fly open and I’m afraid they are going to break. The first time it happened my dogs had to go out and they got out. In the middle of the storm I had to bungee them together and put huge planters on both sides of the gates. I have two big gates. I call this spring and was told that they would take care of it. I know it’s their busiest time so I waited after a few months I called now they are not returning my calls. I’ve now called 8 times. The worst is they only have an answering service so you can’t speak to an office manager to get any answers. My gates look like hell but I can’t afford to have them break. I could pay someone to fix it, but since I paid $26,000 ( custom fence) I expected them to fix it.

They were the most affordable quote, however, our fence didn't get ordered until we called and to ask about it after 2 weeks of nothing. Some incorrect pieces were ordered on their end and they were nasty about having to deliver the correct pieces to us even though we'd paid for delivery. They made errors and we got attitude, all the while we were very polite. No thanks.
