Anchor Fence, LLC is an owner-operated fence installation company that says it has been installing fences for over 10 years across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The company identifies Keith as the person who visits homes for quotes and describes work with all fence types, including vinyl fencing. The customer experience is mixed but leans negative. A June 2025 homeowner praised Keith and his team for a professional installation and for protecting the gardens. Older reviews describe a missed follow-up after a repair estimate, repeated difficulty getting a response about a damaged vinyl fence, and a Lowe's warranty job involving an improperly installed gate that was left unfinished. Before booking, ask who will handle follow-up repairs and how warranty work is scheduled and documented. One review also reports unsafe driving and littering by a company truck, although that comment is about conduct rather than fence workmanship. Anchor may suit a customer seeking a fence installation who can confirm the communication and warranty process in writing first.
Tried to have my fence repaired. Keith came by to the appointment 2 hours early when I wasn't available. Said he was able to get what he needed and would send me an estimate. He then never responded even when I followed up. I'm not sure how they stay in business if that's how they treat customers.
Cannot say enough about this company. Keith and his team were beyond awesome! Professional, friendly, and took extra pains to make sure my gardens were not affected by the installation! Highly recommend them! Thank you Anchor Fence!!!!!
Truck driving around with no brake lights or turn signals. Also throwing trash out the window. Very professional. 730 AM norfolk.
Anchor installed a white vinyl fence six years ago, unfortunately it was backed into by a car breaking the corner post and panel contacted anchor - I'll be out on Friday, Monday (no show) called again on Tuesday morning no call back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDANCHOR FENCE AT ALL. If you can't show up just give a call to cancel, if you don't want to fix it just tell me so I can move on to the next company. Which I did they are coming out to look at it.
Anchor Fence installed my fence via Lowe's. Had to make a warranty claim ~6 months later due to improper installation of the gate. Trying to get this figured out was a nightmare. Once the work order between Anchor Fence & Lowes eventually resolved (the two companies went back and forth forever, leaving me to try to mediate between the two) they showed up and did half the job, said they would be back, then never came back. Months go by and I can't get them on the phone or email to figure out when they would come back to finish (they said they would be back). Eventually I get ahold of someone and they say they don't work with Lowe's anymore and it's not their problem they didn't finish the work. Based on this experience, I would never get another home project done via Lowe's, and I would never hire Anchor Fence either, who carried out all the work. I found them unprofessional when trying to handle both this warranty claim through Lowe's (on their original installation workmanship), and stopping the repair project without any communications.
