Natural Wood LLC

Natural Wood is a New Britain woodworking shop that describes its work as commercial joinery and custom-fitted residential interiors, and it holds 4.8 stars from 17 Google ratings plus 5.0 from 9 ratings on both HomeAdvisor and Angi. All of its written reviews date from 2024. In an April 2024 review, a customer wrote that Abo Salah fixed a broken dining room chair perfectly; others that month called the shop honest and on time, and easy to deal with and communicate with. In June 2024, a Google reviewer wrote that the shop made their store the talk of the town. One July 2024 Google review is a sharp complaint. The reviewer, writing about work in their store, said they were charged $5,500 in cash because a check was refused, that no invoice was given, and that the job was not finished, and said they intended to use legal means to have the work finished and get an invoice. The company says it is insured, and its directory profiles list custom cabinets, built-in furniture, closets, wood stairs and railings, pergolas, disability ramps and carports among its services. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0672353, is active, held by Natural Wood LLC.
