A recent customer who hadn't painted their house in over 15 years got three bids and went with Kyle at KM&M Enterprises LLC. That customer said the crew scraped, sanded and replaced all the rotted wood before priming and putting two coats on the entire house. When the crew worked on an attached in-law apartment the customer didn't think was part of the original scope, Kyle charged nothing extra. A recent customer in Tolland, CT said Kyle's crew, led by Carlos, painted a whole house with cedar shake cladding in primer and two coats, and that Carlos brought in a large crew to reach a chimney that was very high and at a tricky angle. A recent customer said Kyle's team was punctual, left the place spotless each day and rearranged the rooms as they were before the work began. A 2026 customer said a sunroom took 2 days and that the team arrived on time and cleaned up at the end. A 2026 customer wrote that the crew painted their kitchen cabinets. A 2022 customer who hired KM and M to replace a roof wrote that a 2-week promise turned into more than 3 months, that Kyle refused to return the deposit when asked, and that the subcontracted crew dumped old shingles and debris onto a neighbor's driveway. A 2022 customer said that after a roof replacement, debris was left in the attic and black residue covered stored items, and that they had to hire a separate contractor to clean up. A 2025 customer said he promised to install gutter guards and never showed up or returned phone calls.
Amazing results provided by KM & M Enterprises, LLC concerning our exterior painting project. Their attention to detail during the preparation phase was outstanding. From the initial power washing of the exterior; to the replacement of damaged clapboards; to caulking seams and nail holes; it was accomplished in such a professional and efficient manner. The painting of the house was the culmination of their efforts and exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to the installation of the "rain dam" on the roof to help protect and preserve this particular section of the house.
Our house painting project was finished today. The crew was outstanding and spent many 8-10 hour days in prep work, power washing, scraping, sanding, replacing rotten wood and priming. They were very careful to keep the work area clean and protect outdoor furnishings and shrubbery. Their attention to detail was meticulous. They really went above and beyond what we expected. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work we received. We are very pleased with the result.
Excellent work. If something isn't perfect, they do it again until the customer is happy. They pay a lot of attention to what they do and they do it very well at a reasonable price, whether it's carpentry or painting (we had a lot of exterior carpentry to do on the house as well as repaint the entire exterior).
KM&M Enterprises did an amazing job! Kyle was great to work with. The crew was very hard working and paid such attention to detail. They were very friendly, answered all questions and made sure we were happy. We would definitely recommend
We hadn't painted our house in over 15 years, so it needed some serious attention. Got three bids and went with Kyle at KM&M — really glad we did. Kyle was great to work with from the start. Very responsive, answered every question, and had a detailed contract over to us quickly. The crew — Jorge, Elias, and Joaquín — were outstanding. Thorough prep work including scraping, sanding, and replacing all the rotted wood before priming and putting two coats on the entire house. They set up and cleaned up every single day before leaving, which we really appreciated. One thing that stood out — I came home one day and noticed they were doing work on our attached in-law apartment that I didn't think was part of the original scope. Called Kyle expecting a change order conversation and he just said making sure the job was done right was the most important thing. No additional charge. When does that ever happen? Another example — when they were ready to rehang the shutters (different color from the house), Kyle reached out asking if we'd picked a shutter color. We honestly hadn't even thought about it yet. He took it upon himself to grab a color chip, match it at the paint store, and had his crew paint all the shutters before rehanging them. Just handled it. The whole experience was five stars. If you're looking for a painter who's fair, reliable, and genuinely cares about the finished product, call Kyle.
