This was our first big remodeling experience and we are happy with the space. They understood what we wanted out of the end result and they made some recommendations that we hadn't thought of. We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home. George and Matt were great to work with and we would definitely recommend Nedder properties to others

We had a specific project in our backyard that I hired George and his team to complete. The team that worked on our project did an excellent job! They were thorough, conscientious and flexible as the needs of the project changed. Workers I interacted with were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend George and his team, and would happily work with them again.

I have utilized Nedder Properties for three seperate jobs on my home. (1) A large gut-renovation and addition; (2) A full basement fit-out; and (3) Outside porch, deck and garage repair work. In all instances the team delivered a fantastic product with top notch servicing. Any issues are resolved timely and effectively. All in all, a great experience on all jobs.

Nedder Properties & Service Master by Gilmore recently completed an extensive mold remediation and remodel of my home following significant water damage. My initial work was with Joe from Service Master by Gilmore, and he was absolutely excellent. I felt like family when working with Joe. He was prompt, offered consistent communication and made sure we were taken care of. Following the demo and mold remediation it was time for the remodel to begin. George, the GC for the project, and his team, were beyond supportive, consistently communicating with me throughout the process. I really valued his supportive and informative nature during the rebuild. Additionally, the team was professional, punctual, detailed oriented, and extremely responsive to assuring all of our goals were met. Finally, the detail of the work completed was pristine. The carpentry, finished work, the tiling completed, and all the painting was expertly completed. I truly appreciate George and his team for their excellent communication, outstanding work, and making sure all the work met our expectations. I could not recommend Nedder Properties & Service Master by Gilmore more for any work you may need. Joe made sure all the mold was addressed and removed. George and his team came in and essentially created a brand-new home for my family, and I am beyond grateful for them.

George was very good to work with and his carpentry staff was incredibly talented and creative. They exceeded our expectations of the work that was done at our newly remodeled home!
