That is the extreme version of something six of NEPS Roofing's reviewers describe — the old roof off and the new one on inside a single day. NEPS works out of Foxborough and, by its own account, has covered Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 2005. The site names Chris Retos as president and owner, with Tim Forbes as a business partner; Angi lists the company as veteran-owned. Its Google page averages 5.0 across 29 ratings, and Angi shows 5.0 from five. Ten of the twenty-seven written reviews stop to mention the cleanup. A February 2023 homeowner went looking and could not find a single roofing nail in the yard. In November 2025, a customer said the team showed up on time, removed the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned up without a trace. Smaller jobs get the same treatment: in May 2025, someone who had a small bump-out roof replaced said Chris arrived on time, kept things clean and was clear about the details and how long the work would take. The urgent calls get answered too. A homeowner with a dining-room leak in November 2024 said several other companies never called back, and NEPS was out within days to do the estimate. In February 2024, after a storm took shingles off with rain coming, the crew came out within a week and fixed the roof. A March 2023 review describes an old building in a tough setting re-roofed with no interruption to the business inside. The site lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licences in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and Angi lists licence CS-099118. The site also says its installers are CertainTeed Shingle Masters, that it offers NRCIA-certified roof inspections, and that it provides warranties — ask what the warranty on your own job covers. Get the number in writing before the tear-off: a January 2023 customer said the GM quoted the job and the 15-square replacement came in at exactly that.
