Adrian Facendola is the whole company, and the jobs people hire him for are the ones that turn dead space into rooms: attics into offices, basements into living space, bathrooms taken back to the framing. The 2026 accounts are all conversions. In July 2026, a homeowner with what they called a very weird layout said the basement came out transformed; in May 2026 another described an attic turned into a bonus room and office, and a third had an attic finished and a master bathroom completely redone. A contractor who worked alongside him wrote in March 2026 about two finished attic renovations in Scituate, a finished basement and a full bathroom remodel, each well organized from start to finish.

A May 2024 customer had new wood trim run around their windows and wood paneling put up on an upstairs front porch — a room, as they described it, without a straight line to be found — and in September 2022 a wing of an equestrian barn was restored into a finished entertaining area, the carpentry custom to specifications, on time and on budget. Decks and siding turn up too: a deck replaced and the front of a garage resided, both in May 2024.
Several customers write about the money in concrete terms. A May 2024 bathroom remodel — new ceiling, sink fixtures, lighting, paint and wallpaper — came in on time with pricing and timing set out in advance; an August 2025 customer whose dining room ceiling had to be replaced after a pipe leak said the crew showed up when they said and the job cost what was quoted. A homeowner in May 2024, discouraged by the estimates other companies gave for a bathroom, said his assessment of the work was a fair one.
Two things shape whether he is your contractor. He turns down small repair and handyman work — this is a one-person shop built around whole-room projects, with the other trades coordinated in-house; on a September 2025 bathroom renovation a customer noted he subbed out the electrical and stayed good-natured when plans changed. His Massachusetts construction supervisor licence is active on the state registry under Adrian M Facendola.
For an attic, a basement or a bathroom you want handled by the person swinging the hammer, this is a straightforward fit. Ask how the subcontracted trades get scheduled around your project, and get the specs and costs written out the way earlier customers describe.

Adrian helped us finish our basement and was awesome to work with. Could not recommend him more! We had a very weird layout and he completely transformed the space and we are so happy with how it turned out. Great communication throughout the entire process and stayed within our budget. My photography skills don’t do it justice!

He was very easy to work with, had great communication, and collaborated with us throughout the process to bring our vision to life. He also seamlessly coordinated with all subcontractors and made the entire process very easy for us. The space included custom woodworking with detailed finishes and came out better than we imagined. Adrian has my highest recommendation. He is terrific to work with. When things change, as they inevitably do, he's good natured and helpful about adapting, and about finding solutions to unanticipated issues. On our bathroom renovation, he only subbed out the electrical and plumbing work, doing all the demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, equipment installation, everything else, himself. This kept costs down and the project moving apace. As other reviewers have noted, his craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. He's clear, upfront and predictable about costs. On top of that, he cleans up thoroughly every day and is one of the most pleasant and unobtrusive contractors we've ever hired.
