New England All Surface Restoration

Do yourself a favor and AVOID dealing with this business! Hired NE All Surface Restoration in Dec 2024 to refinish my bathtub. Same tub has been refinished twice before by other companies and never looked anything like this, so I know what a proper job should look like. Colum sent a colleague to do the work. A few hours later I inspected it and could tell the surface was uneven and poorly prepped. I contacted both Colum and the technician with no response, cancelled the check, and said I would not pay unless it was corrected. Only then did the technician return, lightly sand a few spots, and apply another coat. I was told there was a 5-year warranty (although he intentionally avoids giving it in writing) if any future issues arise, so I issued a new check. 14 months later paint is peeling. Contacted Colum with photos. He initially replied to my email and said he could come fix it, but after I confirmed availability, he stopped responding. No replies to emails, texts, or voicemails.

Colum did an excellent refinishing job restoring my tub and recaulking the tiles for a very reasonable price. He cleaned up his work space meticulously and left behind a cast iron tub that looked like new! Punctual, personable and professional !

New England All Surface Restoration owned by Colum Dolan did a great job to help me refinish two bathtubs. One was a very ancient antique claw foot tub with a rusting drain. Colum has a lot of experience and he was able to give me a helpful fix to get more life out of this cast iron and porcelain tub - 100 years old or more to keep it going longer. Both project came out very satisfying. In addition the owner is friendly and fair - and the kind of person one feels glad to have hired.

We would highly recommend New England All Service Restoration. He did an excellent job of making our old bathtub, rusty bathtub as well as the surrounding wall tiles look like new. We will be having him come back to also refinish the remaining tile in the bathroom. We found that Colum responded quickly back to us, arrived at the time he said he would, was friendly, and neat.
