If you are planning a gut remodel, an addition or a conversion rather than a small repair, this is a company that has pulled permits for exactly that kind of job for twenty years. Ask who would manage your project day to day, ask for two or three homeowner references you can call, and raise those Google ratings with them directly before you sign anything.
