Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Caroline and Lorraine are named again and again for walking customers through cabinet, tile and layout choices. In a February 2023 review, a homeowner said a full gut renovation of a downstairs bathroom finished in the promised four weeks and came in on budget. A June 2025 reviewer said a kitchen project hit a few bumps along the way, but that John Dolan and his son John Jr. resolved them quickly. An April 2024 reviewer described a second bathroom suite built for their parents, calling the crew efficient and detail-oriented. The most recent review on file, from July 2026, called the work top quality and the team responsive to changing plans. A handful of older reviews point to a slower, less consistent front end. A November 2022 review said the initial quote took several weeks to arrive and that kitchen work began before a town permit was pulled. A 2018 Houzz review described a similarly delayed estimate, plus items added to it that the customer hadn't asked for. A February 2022 reviewer said a scheduled showroom appointment wasn't kept on time. One repeat customer's 2022 review said a bathroom job didn't go as smoothly as an earlier kitchen project with the same company, without spelling out why.
