Josh and his team are great. They did a lot of rotten trim replacement work around our house and sheds. They were relaible, skilled and timely. Josh's communication skills are excellent, and he is a pleasure to od business with.

I have used JMD for several handyman projects in the past (replacing/repairing trim/siding/storm door) but my most recent experience was for a damage repair caused by a pipe leak in the ceiling above my finished basement. Josh worked with the ServPro remediation team to coordinate removal and remediation to minimize down time (laundry room!). This seemless communication and coordination of the teams of tradesmen had this project complete in 2 weeks with laundry down time of just 1 weekend. Project included complete replacement of flooring; replacing 3 full sections of drywall (including replastering); replacing trim and full repaint of the room. I was so happy with the work, I had them finish the rest of the basement as well and the results are amazing. I highly recommend JMD for all your home improvement projects.

Josh and his team did the most incredible job on my front portico/overhang! I live in an older home and was having my walkway repelled, and His team helped ensure the portico was not only safe but also professionally done. He was incredibly responsivene throughout the project and him and his team were very professional. The end result is better than I could have hoped! I absolutely recommend JMD services!
