A homeowner writing in November 2025 said she was the only cleaner among several they contacted who offered to come look at the house before naming a price; on the day, three cleaners arrived on time and texted fifteen minutes ahead. Quote first, then a crew that shows up when it said it would, is what customers keep coming back to. The work splits three ways. Deep and move-in cleans are the bulk of it — a seller writing in May described a two-day, top-to-bottom clean to get their house listed, and buyers keep describing houses in rough shape coming back looking new. Recurring weekly and biweekly maintenance usually follows that first clean. And there is a real commercial side: a spa's pre-opening clean, an office on an ongoing arrangement, and short-term-rental turnovers, including one host who has run standing cleanings through the company for two years. One family uses them to keep a relative's home clean while they age in place. Two things are worth raising. In July 2026 a would-be customer left a 1-star review saying they talked the job through with Liz, were told a staff member would send a quote, and never heard back — the only substantive complaint in a 240-review history, and it is about the front door of the business rather than the cleaning itself. And price: a customer writing in November 2025 called their Thanksgiving deep clean expensive, then said every cent of it was worth it. Get the number and the scope in writing at the walkthrough. Outside Google the paper trail thins fast — Angi and HomeAdvisor each show a 5.0 from three ratings, and it is the same handful of reviews on both. Its BBB page is an A+ and lists residential and commercial cleaning. If you want a house genuinely reset before you move in, list it, or hand it to a guest, this is a straightforward call; just pin down the quote before the date.
