New Hope Cleaning Services is a house cleaning company run by Clayton, and the reviewers who stay with it tend to stay for years. Google shows 4.9 from 43 ratings, Angi and HomeAdvisor 4.9 from 82, and Thumbtack 4.8 from 35. Deep cleans get the detail. In an August 2026 Google review, a customer said every area of the home was left spotless, including behind and underneath furniture and above door frames. A December 2025 reviewer listed kitchen cabinets, countertops, stove and windows cleaned and floors washed. A July 2025 customer facing a sudden relocation to Korea booked a condo deep cleaning on short notice and said Clayton showed super flexibility. On Angi, a January 2025 customer had three cleaners do a deep clean of an apartment, and a November 2024 review describes a group of 3 very hard working people there for 6 hours, cleaning ceiling to floor. The regulars write about schedules. In April 2024 Google reviews, customers of almost four years and of 5+ years said the team works with them on schedule changes and cleaning emergencies, and a rental-property client said guests need to walk into a clean place and that the team is flexible and cost effective. Two Google reviews complain about the cleaning itself. In April 2025, a 2-star reviewer said the cleaners would not move the slightest thing to clean behind it, skipped a whole room, left floor edges dirty, and was fired after 3 visits. A July 2024 reviewer wrote "Awful awful awful," saying they had to clean soap scum from the tub and re-vacuum after the crew left, and that the service was pricey for what it delivered.
New Hope Cleaning did an amazing job on the deep clean of my home. They exceeded my expectations. There was not a surface they didn’t get cleaned. Every area of my home was left spotless, including behind and underneath furniture, above door frames and small corners and cervices of every room. I highly recommend them for any cleaning services you may be looking for.
