Greg and his team at New England Pools went above and beyond to repair and refurbish our pool. After 2 years and 3 different pool companies, no one could figure out what was wrong with our pool and how to get it fixed. We were finally referred to New England Pool Builders and they were able to identify the issues and correct all the mistakes the last 3 companies made. If I were building or refurbishing another pool I wouldnâ t consider anyone else. Their service team is great as well. Very happy customer.
Greg had built a pool for one of my friends, who made the introduction. As soon as I saw how it had a built-in jacuzzi, I knew I wanted a similar one for my family. We had it built during the craziness of covid, but the end product turned out perfect. Greg and his team worked with me on a lot of my many requests and changes. Everyone who sees our backyard comments on how itâ s a backyard oasis and how the pool is one of the nicest ones theyâ ve seen.
This was an incredible experience from start to finish. The workers kept me involved and informed throughout the entire process. They kept to a strict timeline and finished the entire job on time and when expected. I would recommend this team to anybody â thank you for the incredible work; they made me fall deeper in love with my pool.
