The company says it installs, restores, balances, quiets, insulates and services residential and light-commercial steam systems and radiators, and it lists Boston, Worcester, Providence, New London and Manchester, NH among the areas it serves. On Google it holds a 4.9-star rating from 862 ratings, with a long run of recent reviews describing annual boiler maintenance, radiator repairs and full boiler replacements. A May 2026 reviewer said the crew replaced their boiler in two days, left the basement cleaner than they found it, and was the only company they spoke with that explained venting and steam system design instead of simply swapping the boiler. Another customer said the technicians fixed clanging that other companies had dismissed as normal, and one said they diagnosed a problem without the large upsell a different company had pushed, saving them a replacement. Several recent reviewers describe radiators being hauled out, refinished and reinstalled, including one who worried about lead paint around their grandchildren. Technicians such as Nick, Patrick, Ranny and Joe are named again and again for explaining the system and answering questions. In a January 2026 review, a homeowner with an 80-year-old system said two other heating companies could not find why it was not heating the house, and Ranny diagnosed and fixed it the same visit. A March 2026 reviewer in the Worcester area said the crew came within hours for leaking radiators, sent a second crew within days for a basement fix, and noted the company may cost a bit more but is worth it. Reddit commenters echo this. In r/centuryhomes this spring, commenters called the company honest and fair, and one said it fixed a pitch problem promptly and they have had no water knocking since, though it was not the lowest bid. A commenter in r/WorcesterMA this month recommended the company for older systems but warned to be prepared to wait for a spot on the schedule, and a commenter in r/HomeImprovement described receiving a scary quote. There are complaints. An April 2026 reviewer said a new boiler buzzed from day one and the owner blamed their thermostats rather than standing behind the install, and a January 2026 reviewer called the owner rude.
