Etched marble, cracked granite, a sink that fell out of the counter: New England Stone Pro is the company people call when stone goes wrong. It holds 5 stars from 63 Google ratings, and the name customers use is Roberto. Most of the work is repair and restoration rather than new installs. In a November 2023 Google review, a customer said Roberto refinished Carrara marble counters full of etching and water marks, covered the area in plastic first, resealed them and left care instructions. An April 2025 reviewer said he repaired a split seam in a 17-year-old granite slab and kept them informed from estimate to finish. A March 2024 customer whose undermount sink fell out called on a Saturday and had someone out on Sunday. Customers describe cutting jobs too: enlarging a countertop opening for a new cooktop in August 2023, or a 1-inch hole in granite in August 2025, where the customer said the price was what they expected and there was no pressure to add sealing. Customers often call the price fair. A February 2023 Hingham customer said that when the payment came to more than the agreed price the customer had forgotten, Roberto said it was too much and they settled on another figure. In June 2026, a customer needed a granite countertop moved within a week and said the company handled it, and a March 2026 customer described a new tile kitchen floor, repairs to the old wood floor and a polished granite counter, done in three days with the team working late.

Amazing work. I'll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves. This was a tricky job with transition between tile and wood. I had some water damaged wood floor, and ended up redoing the entire kitchen with tile. Roberto and team did a fantastic job with putting in a new tile floor, fixing the old wood floor - making it all look brand new! I also had them Polish and clean my granite countertop. The kitchen looks completely remodeled! The team is sincere and worked late to get this done in 3 days. Easiest team to work with. Highly recommend.
Roberto was amazing. From the very first phone call, he was responsive, informative, and helpful. I was planning to have the grout in my bathroom replaced because it looked brown and dated, and on a whim, I called him to inquire about cleaning the stone and grout instead. The results are absolutely unbelievable....it looks light, clean, and brand new. He also refinished a few marble countertops, and cleaned and sealed my kitchen counter, which all look great. Equally (if not more) important, he is pleasant, fair, and takes pride in his work. He is a true professional.
Just had Roberto to house to repair my countertop by the kitchen sink. It was a major problem but he fixed it! The company is very professional providing updates not only for the work being performed, but also why it had to be done and how to maintain the fix. This was great!
