Graduate has some great techs. I returned to a site I was at five years ago, and I was so happy to see Jessie was still our tech. His efficiency, punctuality and attentiveness keeps the residents happy. We appreciate his transparency when creating action plans and his thoroughnes working through each one. The residents have no complaints and are always happy after he leaves their unit.

The young man that came to our house was very knowledgeable about carpenter bees, which is what we thought we had an issue with. After inspecting some areas, he was very reassuring that he didnt think we had them. It was such a relief, and it was rewarding to know that there are trustworthy employees. We will definitely use Graduate in the future for any issues that may arise. No doubt about it.

We had termites in a tree stump that is in our yard. I called Graduate Pest Solutions and they sent Alex, one of their techs, out and he gave us a free quote . He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very reasonable so we went ahead and scheduled a service with them. The tech who came to do the service, Tom, was equally knowledgeable, professional and nice. From the first call through the service at our home, everyone that I dealt with was great! I would highly recommend Graduate Pest Solutions to anyone needing this type of service.

I got sent Jesse for a follow up for ants that wouldn’t go away and Jesse at graduate pest solutions was amazing ! I never take time to write reviews unless I am blown away. He was personable and funny and treated my house like it was his own. He was done so fast as well, I have never had an exterminator like this that works to find the problem and goes the extra mile and I haven’t had issues since, he was so thorough and he actually took time to connect with the customer instead of just being there for the job. He also provided teaching and answered questions I had.. this was different experience than I’ve had before. Thanks Jesse - you were amazing - if I have another problem I only want him !!
