We knew we needed to do something with standing water but weren’t quite sure exactly what we wanted, but Tom worked with us on options and we landed on the most beautiful retaining wall that really makes a statement. New Era Excavation Company was recommended to me by a friend. The owners, Tom and Craig, met with me at my site to go over plans for my new building. They both made valuable suggestions and had great ideas for creating a practical work yard. I have done several commercial construction projects in the past, and New Era Excavation exceeded all my expectations. They were quick to send a very detailed proposal that included treeing the lot; excavating the site; installing Storm-tech System, storm drains, light pole bases, and water and sewer lines; backfilling; finish grading and looming of the site. Their pricing was extremely fair. There was no delay in our start date and their guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to the other tradesmen on site. After the initial contract was completed, they went on to do some extra work on the site at a reasonable price.
