Gary, was personable and very efficient. He very generously offered to come back after his appointment time due to an unexpected break in the faucet tubing. I had to return it to the store for a new one. I have marked him on my go to list for any further plumbing services needed.
Was very pleased with the service I received. They had to reschedule the initial appointment . Called me wY in advance to do so. They rescheduled the next appointment emailed me a couple of days in advance. Called again the day of the appointment to let me know Gary was on the way. He arrived right as scheduled and could not have been nicer! Fixed the issue with my boiler and reviewed some of my concerns and gave me some options to address those concerns in the future. Would definitely recommend Horizon for any of your pluming needs!

Gary installed 2 toilets and did a great job. He was on time and very cordial. He cleaned up and left no mess. He even advised me on other projects and did a couple of handyman tasks for me. I would definitely recommend him 😊
