The Hooksett, New Hampshire company says its business began in Wilmington, Massachusetts in 1936 and incorporated in New Hampshire in 1965, and that it drills wells and installs pumps; its website lists a service area from Hooksett and Bedford to Derry, Windham and Londonderry. It holds 4.8 stars from 84 Google ratings. In May 2026 a customer said Steve Smith came out to diagnose lost water pressure, which turned out to be a severely clogged well pump, and Brandon and Savannaugh replaced the pump and walked them through flushing the well. In April 2026 a customer said the crew replaced their well pump on time and stuck to the initial estimate. In November 2025 a customer who called early in the morning had Brandon and Savannaugh on site within a few hours to replace a well pump. In a 2023 review, a customer said another company quoted $7,000 for a cracked pipe plus $28,000 to remove and replace a deck, and Steve rediagnosed it in an hour as a faulty $50 check flow valve. In June 2022 a representative of a Henniker campground said Steve had no techs or equipment free, then drove out in his personal vehicle and fixed their well pump problem. In August 2022 a customer said the company brought the wrong part after a lightning storm and refused to charge them anything. In August 2026 a two-star reviewer called the $200 charge just to come out ridiculous. In November 2022 a customer said a man at the company yelled at them for getting a second opinion and told them not to bother them anymore.
