“I put minisplits in my 250 year old house as primary heat. If they are cold weather rated and sized properly, they have no issue next generation refrigeration did mine.”
on June 9 my central air went off. I was fortunate to get a referral to call Nextgenerationrefrigeration. I received an immediate call back from Charlie and after brief discussion, made appointment to check it. He and Evan did quick inspection and found various problems. They were able to provide me with the necessary steps that needed to be taken to solve the problems. By July 4, I had the great relief of a very smoothly running system again. My overall take on this is that I saw two very devoted and hard working men who cared about what they were doing, and gave me a great knowledge in the type of unit that I have. I cannot be more thankful to find a company that has integrity and are sure you understand what they are doing. Thank you Charlie for showing up!!
Very professional, motivated and honest. You cannot find people like this anymore. If you need work done call him first!
I was very pleased with my experience with Next Generation Refrigeration (Rinnai) the two young men, Charlie and Evan, really knew their business! As they were working they were explaining everything to me and I learned a ton of very useful information from them. Plus they gave me plenty of options to choose from to meet my budget. I would highly recommend them as they definitely knew what they were doing, were very hard workers and extremely knowledgeable!
These guys always do a stellar job. I’ve been using them now for 3 years at my restaurant. They do preventative maintenance, and are always a call away. I’ve had a couple situations now during the off hours where we have had problems. They always come through. Sacrificing their afternoon to help out a client. Highly recommend.
A colleague recommended Next Generation Refrigeration. Our 3 mini-splits were covered in drywall dust from new construction, causing severe sinus issues. Next Generation came out right away & did a great job cleaning our units. No more sinus problems! They were friendly, professional & reasonably priced. We'll definitely use them for all our HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Charlie!
