DiTroia Heating & Cooling is a residential HVAC outfit that, by its own account, works across the Massachusetts North Shore on heating, air conditioning, ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality equipment, with service offered around the clock. Its site singles out Tyler as the mini-split specialist, and customers back that up — he is the person they name, and usually the only person on site. What people describe splits evenly between the emergency and the planned upgrade. One customer's mini-split failed, and Tyler diagnosed it and had it fixed the same day. Another's AC quit; he came out on a Sunday, ran a full diagnostic of the system, and still worked around their schedule. A furnace died unexpectedly and the heat was back on that visit. On the install side, a homeowner had a mini-split put into a basement and singled out how clean the work was, another had a whole AC system replaced off what they called a good quote, and a third had maintenance done where Tyler replaced parts and improved the system's efficiency. Two themes recur often enough to name. The first is explanation — reviewer after reviewer describes being walked through the problem in plain terms before anything got fixed. The second is the missing sales pitch: two separate customers volunteered that he didn't try to upsell them on extras they didn't need, and several describe the pricing as fair. The honest caveat is how new all of this is. Every one of those twelve reviews was written between 15 May and 2 June 2026, and all of them are on Google — a burst from recent customers rather than a history stretching back seasons. The bodies are long, specific and distinct enough to read as genuine, and two of them even misspell the company name, which is not what a manufactured set looks like. But there is nothing from earlier years to compare against, and no second platform corroborating it. For a North Shore homeowner who needs a mini-split installed or a dead system running again today, this is a straightforward call: an owner-operator who turns up fast and explains what he's doing.
