NH Home Inspector

The Better Business Bureau gives Bean Home Inspections, LLC an F, and the reason BBB states is a licence: it confirmed in 2019 that the New Hampton, New Hampshire business had not obtained the home inspector licence the state's Board of Home Inspectors requires. It's a sole-owner LLC run by Randy Bean, offering home inspections, building inspection and foundation inspection. BBB's page also shows licence number 00245 with the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. Before booking an inspection here, check the inspector's current standing yourself with the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, and ask Randy Bean directly about the 2019 BBB finding and the F grade.
