What people describe is the thorough end of the trade rather than a quick tidy. A 2022 Thumbtack reviewer's first deep clean took in walls, baseboards and the tops of frames on top of the dusting, wiping and vacuuming. A June 2025 customer looked at the baseboards and behind the furniture and found them done; a July 2025 one mentions the place left organized as well as clean. They work around households as they come. In April 2022, a customer with a big house, three dogs and two small children had them in weekly for close to six months. A March 2026 reviewer keeps two cats in separate rooms behind a door that has to stay shut, and said the crew cleaned her home like they had been coming for years. In June 2025, someone who hired them for an elderly grandmother wrote that they were respectful and kind and that she feels safe. Rentals are part of the mix — a December 2025 customer had a short-term rental turned over — and Thumbtack lists interior windows, fridge, oven and laundry among the extras, plus houses with pets. Owner Luciana Saiter has a completed Thumbtack background check and the profile carries a 2022 Top Pro badge, but it is currently marked as not available, so call or use the site rather than trying to book there. One caution when you compare star ratings: the Angi and HomeAdvisor pages are the same 13 reviews, and part of that set is a 2014 cohort describing yard and general contractor work rather than cleaning. For a first deep clean, a standing weekly or every-other-week visit, or a rental turnover anywhere on the South Shore, this is a sensible call. Ask Luciana for the walkthrough and take the quote from that, and say up front which rooms, pets and extras — windows, oven, laundry — are in scope.
