Nolasco's Cleaning has just one written review on file, from 2021 — and it isn't about cleaning. The customer describes hiring the company to paint trim, soffit ornaments, and repair entryway details on an 1868 house, and reports a rushed, half-finished job with paint spatter left on their own and a neighbor's siding. Because that account describes exterior painting and carpentry repair rather than a cleaning job, it may not reflect this company's actual cleaning work, and there's no other review on file to check it against. Anyone considering Nolasco's Cleaning should ask directly about recent cleaning jobs and references, since the one account here doesn't speak to that service.
We hired this company to paint the trim and soffet ornaments (corbels) and to repair the front entryway details on our 1868 house. We ended up with a 1/2 done, rushed job (we were quoted 2 days and they did it in one... usually I would applaud such effort, but... read on) with a lot of clean up and repair left for us to do personally as a result. There is paint spatter and over-brushed areas on our new vinyl siding which will now need to be removed or replaced by another company (because we don't want to pay for any more mishaps from this one). There is paint on both of our neighbors houses, the neighbors new fence (whixh is 15' away from the house... how??) our driveway, rubber roof, the sidewalks, the new patio, storm doors, one of the cars (which was parked across the street at the time of the job... again... how??). Worse, what they DID intentionally paint is done at an amateur level at best. There was no prep and no clean-up to speak of at jobs end except to pack their tools and ladders. They left paint chips everywhere, siding nails in the driveway, drinking bottles and refuse in our back patio area, paint spatter and drips on the asphalt shingles of our basement access, as well as glossed/melted marks on the vinyl siding where they unwittingly tried using a solvent to clean spatter off of the vinyl which, though only 3 years old, is now irreparably chemical-damaged (needs replacement). This was a total rush job, no prep work done at all, no taping off, no pre-cleaning the work surfaces, no protection of the adjacent surfaces, laying of tarps or or set-up and zero clean-up at the close of the job. We are now looking at having to pay twice as much to have their job re-done and deal with the damage. Felt like a grift. I would not recommend this company for your home improvement needs.
