Nordic Stove Shoppe is a wood and pellet stove shop on Dover Point Road in Dover, NH, and the company says it has been in business for over 40 years. A 2025 customer who settled on a Lopi Evergreen wood insert said the shop answered dozens of questions over email, arrived exactly when it said it would for the install, explained how the stove operates and walked through the tax credit process. A 2025 customer who bought a Hearthstone Heritage wood stove said Ed and Ed Jr. answered their questions and that the install team of Bill and Eric installed everything as requested. A 2024 customer said a service man arrived at the exact time given to repair an LP fireplace insert, replaced the pilot assembly with parts from the truck in about 20 minutes, and rebuilt the logs onto the grate. A 2024 customer wrote that Ed had sold them a Vermont Castings stove in 1994 and that they came back 30 years later for a Jotul, with an installation that went without a hitch. A 2022 customer said they paid for a pilot assembly, received only a thermopile and thermocouple, and that the shop refused to hand over the remaining parts or refund the money.
