Anything Chimney

Anything Chimney is a chimney sweep, inspection, and repair company based in Auburn, NH, founded in 2019 by Edward Hewitt, a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep and Certified Chimney Professional (self-reported). The company serves homeowners across southern New Hampshire — Manchester, Nashua, Salem, Londonderry, Derry, Concord, and towns within about an hour of Manchester — handling chimney cleaning, inspections, caps, liners, flashing, crowns, pointing, rebuilding, and related masonry and waterproofing work. Across 186 reviews collected since 2019 on Google, HomeAdvisor, and Angi, homeowners describe a company that shows up on time, explains what it finds before doing any work, and leaves the site clean. Google reviewers rate the company 4.9 out of 5 across 325 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau lists it as an A+ accredited business. Recurring accounts describe technicians walking customers through chimney and flue findings in plain language, protecting floors and furniture during sweeps, and pricing reviewers have found notably lower than competing quotes for comparable liner work — in an August 2025 review, one homeowner said a liner-installation quote came in at roughly half of a competitor's price. Several homeowners describe returning for annual sweeps and inspections year after year, including a November 2025 review from a customer on a third consecutive cleaning of a chimney and pellet stove. The record is not spotless. In a 2022 review, one homeowner described an inspection that consisted of photos taken from the basement clean-out and a look up at the chimney from the ground, and felt it didn't address their stated concern about the chimney thimbles — worth asking about the scope of an inspection, particularly whether it includes a full interior flue survey, before booking one. For sweeps, inspections, relining, cap and crown work, and chimney masonry repairs in the Manchester–Nashua corridor, the volume and consistency of the written record make Anything Chimney a well-documented choice; confirm the specific scope of an inspection and get a written estimate before the crew starts.
