Norfolk Tree's website lists tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, tree and shrub planting, lot and land clearing and storm damage tree removal, and the company says it has been in business for 12 years. The website also states free estimates, 24/7 emergency service and that it is insured. On one recent job, they removed several large trees from a property swiftly and cleanly, and the reviewer called the communication great and the price competitive. A recent reviewer said he was the first of several contractors to recommend removing a section of fence, and they removed 3 trees in 5 hours, including the cleanup. For a huge, dangerous tree in a tight spot, they came the next day, worked with the reviewer on cost and came up with a plan for future trees. On another property they took down multiple trees, including a large dead tree, and left the area spotless. A crew of 3/4 men did stump grinding, removed hedges along a front walkway and garage, pruned trees and cleaned up, at a price that reviewer called reasonable. A 2026 reviewer said they felled a 40 foot dead maple tree in the front yard, with stump removal, stump grinding and cleanup. That 2026 reviewer also said they removed a fifty foot poplar that had fallen into a backyard garden without damaging the trees it had fallen into. In the same 2026 review, about 20 full sheets of plywood were laid end to end as a road for their bobcat so the rain-soaked lawn was not damaged while a fifty foot white birch leaning on a side fence came down. In a 2025 review, the owner, Abner Castro, returned the reviewer's call promptly with a price the reviewer found fair, and the workers removed a large white birch that had fallen due to high winds, ground the stump and cleaned up the area.
