Alex and his team are some of the very best! They take pride in their work and provide customer service like no other
Shane and Jake were awesome!! Couldn’t be happier using North Electrical. My service upgrade looks amazing.
I can’t say enough about these guys. We were out of power after the storm and Alex dropped what they were doing and came right over to see what was needed. Then Kyle and Joe came over immediately and had the job done in just over an hour. I was worried we wouldn’t have power for days. They made the job look like a cake walk. All three of these guys are very friendly, down to earth and most importantly, they knew what they were doing. I will be calling North Electrical for all my electrical needs from now on. They’re everything you want in a good electrician.
Alex and his guys did a great job with a ceiling fan installation! Came out personally to check on everything and also did it very fast. Most places make ya wait 2-3 weeks and these guys did for me in two days of asking! Highly recommended.
On Thanksgiving, my very old panel set itself on fire - which is really not ideal for prepping for Turkey day. The fire department told me I couldn't turn on power until an electrician came out and that I would likely need an entire panel replacement. North Electric sent out Kyle who did an absolutely amazing job of diagnosing the issue and getting me up and running again. His work was impressively clean and thorough - his wires management was meticulous. He took steps to bring my service up to code that now give me so much peace of mind, especially since this panel sits directly below my daughter's bedroom. Prior to this disaster, it was a bit of a mystery which breaker went to which baseboard heater, but he took the time to remove the panels on each one and figure out which breaker controlled them. He sealed up holes coming into the garage around my meter that I didn't know I had. As he worked, he answered all of my nosy questions, was pleasant, professional and respectful of me and my home. I literally cannot speak highly enough of Kyle, Alex and of North Electrical in general. Their service is truly gold standard level work.
