Within a week weed block fabric was showing through mulch. Contacted company twice and no response. Within a month the beds were full of weeds. They were contracted to clean up beds, put down new landscape fabric and cover with mulch. We are out of almost 5K and now my 75 yr old husband is redoing the work

North Star Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job plowing for me during the blizzard. My driveway is a very tight, difficult area to maneuver, and the snow was extremely deep, especially in the middle. Despite the conditions and the fact that it was the middle of the night during the storm, he showed up and handled it flawlessly. He was incredibly precise, professional, and efficient. He cleared everything thoroughly without damaging anything or leaving problem areas behind, which is impressive given how challenging the space is. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond, even in the worst weather conditions. I highly recommend North Star Landscaping to anyone who needs reliable, high-quality plowing. You can count on him to show up, work hard, and get the job done right. I will absolutely be using his services again.

North Star provided me with an estimate for snow removal prior to this last storm. Owner pulled up my driveway on Google Earth so he was aware what it looked like. We spoke and I advised it was a shared driveway, plow around curve to end. An employee came Monday afternoon and only plowed a portion of driveway, backed up and left. Manager asked for video footage and this was provided. I received an answer of someone was let go and several others walked off the job, owner is tired but was assured owner was coming back to fix the large pile of snow that plow left making driveway impassable. He never came and advised me to find another contractor as he was too busy with other accounts to come back. He did apologize but poor business decision making leaving a brand new customer in this situation.

Had my lawn done by Northstar Landscaping and I’m really impressed! William and Rachel were super helpful right from the start. They made the estimate process a breeze and were always on point with communication. They really paid attention to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Plus, their prices are hard to beat.
