Northeast Building & Weatherization

Jared was exceptional. He went above and beyond what was required to complete the job…he patched the previously damaged ceiling. He pointed out a water stain in my skylight that was replaced last year. Awesome Jared. Kudos finally to a laborer that takes pride in their work.

Matt and his coworkers were fabulous. They did a lot of weatherization to my home. They rectified problems. I never knew I had. Hopefully no more ice dams.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Work was done promptly and exceptionally.

Northeast Building & Weatherization has been a pleasure to work with. For our large condominium located in southern MA we needed an insulation company to perform a difficult task by insulating exposed fire sprinkler pipes in unheated attics to prevent frozen pipes from reoccurring. Northeast was up to the task and within a relatively short period of time insulated 72 separate homes using a state of the art tent type system comprising of insulated boards covered by 12” of insulation. This past winter we had no incidences of frozen pipes. Northeast under the direction of Matt Russell performed this work in an organized fashion which we had zero complaints. Northeast is currently performing MassSave insulation services for 50 home. We highly recommend Northeast Building & Weatherization. We reached out to Northeast Building & Weatherization with questions about a basement renovation we had taken on as a diy project. We had a framing issue and concerns about future moisture and mold issues. Matt and his crew were at our house the next day to fix the issues and keep us on track with our deadlines. We would recommend these guys to anyone. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
