Northeast Design Build Remodel

Update: they completely ghosted me when I asked them to come in to give me an estimate to put a wood floor down in a final room. I attempted to connect with them on numerous occasions and even stopped in to speak with them to ask them to come to my house for an estimate. They assured me they would be by. That was over three years ago and I never heard from them. While the work they did was excellent and the staff that did the work was outstanding, I remain baffled by their ghosting me after the installation. I will no longer consider using them. Because of their non-responsiveness, I'm dropping my rating down to 3 stars. Northeast Kitchen does a high quality job. They partner with you to plan everything and they are exact to the schedule they commit to. Their carpenter Joe was a master craftsman who did an excellent job putting a beautiful floor down and explaining and overcoming any obstacles. They also clean up at the end of each day and can be trusted to work alone and get the job done. We highly recommend them for your floor installation. All their workers were excellent and Josh, the site manager, was always responsive and followed through with anything asked of him. We are so happy with our floors! You will be too!

I worked with Northeast Design + Build to provide a layout for a second floor addition to my existing home. The design process was meticulously reviewed and rendered to ensure it was exactly as we wanted it. They then handled all permitting and construction. It was a big 6m project and they kept communications open and ensured I was up to speed during all phases. They promised professionalism and quality and they delivered! We are very happy with the final result and are enjoying the additional living space. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a renovation or addition.

Complete kitchen do over with great, supportive team of people. Couldn't be happier.

We had a terrific experience working with the Northeast team. They are highly skilled and professional in every aspect of their work from concept and design to meticulous project management. Their client portal was user friendly and made it easy for us to monitor the progress, scheduling and communication for our project. Their tradespeople were excellent, courteous and neat. Northeast also helped us manage thru with an unplanned and unrelated series of emergency repairs that arose separately from this project. They are top notch and we highly recommend them as a versatile, capable and experienced remodeling resource

From project start to finish, my husband and I were very impressed and delighted to work the team at Northeast Kitchen Remodel & Design. The company exudes professionalism in everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the finished product -- my brand new mudroom & pantry! Northeast turned my garage bay into a beautiful new mudroom and pantry that my family now enjoys every day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and how knowledgeable everyone who works there is. Experts in the field, for sure!
