takes them five months to pave a small part of road. are absolutely disrespectful to business owners. the amount of times i have seen the standing there doing nothing, leaning against street signs, or talking on their phones is ridiculous. they will spend the entire day putting cones out just to not get any actual work done. they are paving in front of my work currently (10/2024) and have been cussing drivers out left and right. UPDATE: they are now telling my job and other business next to us that they are finishing our part last because we are “rude”. no ones been rude to them. they all have given all of us attitude and have cussed eachother out infront of childcare centers. one of the women has thrown shovel and other tools while vehicles are driving day just because (in her words) “the guys are dumber than a bag of rocks”. absolutely unprofessional to talk about your workers that way and to act that way at all
