Minor miscommunication — a 2019 customer noted a little miscommunication
Rose Paving & Sealcoating lays and seals asphalt for driveways and parking lots. A 2025 customer said Allan Rose and his team tore out 200 feet of old asphalt road, re-bedded it, laid new asphalt and made two driveway aprons in one day. That same 2025 customer wrote that Allan asked for no money up front, just payment in full when the job was complete.
A recent customer with a long, uneven driveway said Allan proposed solutions and came in on a Saturday because he knew time mattered to them. A 2026 customer said the price was the lowest of five quotes and that they were kept posted through the whole process, with a follow-up after the work was done.
A 2020 customer said Alan graded an extended driveway so water flowed away from the garage, fixing a flooding issue, and his crew cleaned the extra dirt out of the street afterward. A 2023 customer said Allan resealed their very old parking lot and stayed in touch as they navigated weather interferences. A 2020 customer said Allen arrived at 5:20am for a 5:30am start and did the part around the building's perimeter by hand.
Google shows 5 stars from 26 ratings, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 4.9 stars from 17 ratings. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+. A 2019 customer said Rose Paving did a really good job but noted a little miscommunication with a couple of things.

Their work was excellent and their price was the lowest out of FIVE different quotes! They kept me posted during the entire process and even followed up to make sure I was happy with the end result after it was done. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!! Thank you.
Allan and his crew were great! Our driveway was long, uneven and had issues. Allan proposed solutions, gave us good pricing and did quality work. He even came in on a Saturday because he knew time was of essence for us. I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They tore out 200 feet of old asphalt road, re-bedded the road, laid the asphalt and crafted two beautiful driveway aprons in ONE DAY. All the dips in the old road are GONE and our road is now so beautiful I hardly want to walk on it!
It was marvelous to watch his team work. Their efficiency and attention to detail was amazing and greatly appreciated.
Allan was a joy to work with. After I reached out, he returned my call in just a few hours and had the initial estimate for me within a day of that. His pricing was fair and his communication was excellent. He asks for no money up front, just payment in full when the job is complete.
