Partway through a May 2026 roof replacement, Jordan took the homeowners up on the roof so they could see the work in progress, after spending the estimate showing them the problems with the old roof instead of just handing over a quote. NorthEast Roofing says Jordan Hicks founded it in Auburn, Maine, and it holds 4.9 stars from 74 Google ratings, built on full roof replacements and quick leak repairs. In an August 2026 review, a homeowner had Jordan at the house within a day of asking for an estimate and a contract the day after; Grayce handled the contract, scheduling and payment questions. On installation day the crew covered plants, porches and stairs, moved potted plants and the trash bin around their trucks, left the yard and driveway clean and sent photos the same day. A September 2026 reviewer, a first-time home buyer, came back to the crew for a full roofing repair/replacement after earlier roofing and fascia repairs. In May 2026 another customer had a chimney re-leaded quickly. In April 2026 the crew replaced a customer's old roof and skylights while the owners were out of the country, with the final total coming in under the detailed estimate. A March 2026 customer had the roof, siding, skylight replacement and interior drywall handled together. In a May 2025 review, a pregnant homeowner whose roof had been botched by another company emailed at 11pm on a weekend and had a reply the next morning; the job, including fixes to the previous company's work, stayed under the worst-case quote, and the owner worked with the crew for the entire job. A March 2025 customer whose metal roof peeled up in a windstorm had repairs made within hours. In February 2025 a homeowner with ice-dam leaks in two areas wrote that Northeast was the only business called that came out the next day, got onto the roof and took photos. A June 2025 customer wrote that Jarod reduced the original amount for a ridge cap replacement after the quote was approved, because the scope was different than he thought. In July 2025 a Litchfield homeowner had a full roof replacement and gutters installed on a steep roof. In October 2024 a one-star reviewer wrote that the first appointment was cancelled, the second was a no show with "We're too busy," and then they were ghosted.
NorthEast Roofing is fabulous! Timely and thorough communications, fast service and great quality fixes even for small things like patches. They really bring the best service I could ask for- I wouldn't go with anyone else! Thank you Jordan and Grayce!
Jordan and team always help this new homeowner feel heard and supported through my roofing and other repair needs. I trust their work and always appreciate their timeliness and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for your roofing or fascia repair needs! Update: Had the pleasure of working with this amazing crew again to do a full roofing repair/replacement. This team is punctual, positive and efficient! They helped me have peace of mind that my repair investment as a first time home buyer is protected and beautiful with the awesome shingle color options.
I highly, highly recommend NorthEast Roofing! Both Jordan and Grayce were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Within a day of inquiring about an estimate, Jordan was at my house looking at the roof, providing information about the different options, and answering my questions. He was honest with what needed to be done and the time frame that they could accomplish the work around my schedule. I had an estimate and a contract within another day. Grayce was very helpful with the contract & estimate questions that I had, scheduling dates, payments, etc. E-mails and text messages were answered quickly throughout the whole process. They are great at communication and keeping their customers informed. The day of installation, the entire NorthEast Roofing crew worked tirelessly the whole day in the hot weather. They were accommodating and respectful of the house and neighborhood “events” (they moved potted plants back and forth safely, moved the trash bin on trash day around their trucks, and kindly answered questions from curious neighbors.) Plants and bushes around the house, along with porches and stairs were covered from debris during installation. Afterwards the yard and driveway were left very clean. Photos of their work during and after were provided the same day of installation. The finished roof looks amazing and I am very happy with the work. I felt the whole process was made easier by a company that was honest and great at communication. You can’t go wrong by choosing NorthEast Roofing for your home!
The best roofing company in central Maine. They did a very good job fixing my roof. They were very friendly and responded to my calls and messages promptly.
I amazed with that fast service that Jordon provided. Grace was super sweet and informed me when they would be here. Thank you so much!
