Northeast Softwash is a pressure-washing and exterior-cleaning company with a 5-star Google rating from 35 ratings. The company describes itself as serving home and business owners in and around Scarsdale, and its own service-area list names Bedford, New Castle, Greenwich, Harrison, Bronxville, North Castle, New Rochelle and Mamaroneck. A customer with a slate roof in Hartsdale says Bill and Paul treated decades of moss and lichen, continued the work over multiple days and returned for spot treatment. That customer also says they removed rust on the brick of the front facade that another washer had attempted and failed to remove, and called the pricing fair for the level of service. A customer who lives in the woods says the house was cleaned in just a day and looks like it got a fresh coat of paint. A 2024 reviewer described the owners as two brothers who did the work themselves. A 2024 customer said Bill power washed a deck and left it clean and bright. A 2023 customer said the quote was detailed and clear, and that they showed up on time to wash a 20-year-old house, including the siding, front walkway and backyard pavers. A 2022 customer wrote that Billy power washed the home and treated it with chemicals to prevent future mold and mildew. A 2022 customer who had contacted two companies and a contractor about Hardie siding wrote that Bill and his brother knew more about preserving the landscaping and about softwashing the siding to prevent damage. A 2022 customer said they had washed the house and cleaned the gutters.
Bill and Paul treated our slate roof in Hartsdale that had decades of organic growth (moss, lichen, etc.). Quality of service and communication were excellent, and they continued the work over multiple days (and returned for spot treatment) to ensure a great result. Strong expertise (they also successfully removed rust on brick on our front facade that another washer had attempted and failed to remove), professional and friendly/personable. Pricing fair/reasonable for the level of service provided. Highly recommend.
We live in the woods and our windows and house get nasty from the bugs and pollen. These guys did an amazing job in just a day the house is sparkling clean and looks like it got a fresh coat of paint. Highly recommend!
Wow!! Our patio and walkways look terrific thanks to Bill and Paul. We were so impressed with their efforts, care and knowledge. And they're lovely! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Enthusiastically recommend!
I recently had my deck power washed by Northeast Softwash, and Bill did an exceptional job! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. My deck looks brand new – clean, bright, and ready for use again. Bill’s attention to detail and dedication to his work truly set him apart. If you need any power washing done, I highly recommend North East Power Wash. You won’t find a more reliable and high-quality service. Five stars!
If there were more stars, I'd give them! Our deck was powered wash quickly, efficiently, and was left spotless!!! I will use them over and over again for any service they offer!!
