Had a furnace pipe leaking and Cams showed up promptly to fully service the unit.... very polite and prompt response 👍 👍

We were happy with their quick response and ability to get the problems resolved.

I have not successfully been able to reach the office staff to make a furnace cleaning appointment.

So I wanted to post a review for years and finally tripped over the CAM site today and thought I would. My family did business with CAM for several years but then we didn't do business with them for several years. We didn't stop doing business because of anything bad (they always did good work), I just called around and hired other businesses when I needed them. Thing is, one extremely cold winter day (on a holiday weekend of course), our furnace broke and our family and house was at risk with the cold temp outside. CAM answered their phone and I explained about my urgent need for service. They said they would call me back within 1 hour. No return call was received within an hour and so I called them back. In so many words, I was told that since I wasn't doing business with them for a while, they couldn't provide service at this time (again, extreme cold and no furnace). So think about this story when you consider CAM. Customer loyalty is required or you may be left out in the cold.
