Nu Maid Inc describes itself on its Better Business Bureau profile as a residential and commercial cleaning company, also known as Nu Maid Rug and Upholstry, and says it was established in 1990 in Massachusetts. On Google it holds 3.3 stars from 4 ratings. A 2022 Google reviewer said Fellowship of New Bedford hired the service to clean the reviewer's brother's apartment. That 2022 customer wrote that they took everything off the dresser so it could be cleaned, but a wad of toothpaste on it never was, and that the apartment still stunk. The same 2022 customer said they prepaid $300 and called that a mistake.
Fellowship of New Bedford hired this service to clean my brother s apartment which is about 300 sg ft…two bedrooms which we shut his room mates room not to be touched…probably took a total of 2 hours to clean as it really wasn’t that bad…one thing I noticed was a wad of toothpaste on his dresser…which we took everything off the dresser so they could clean that but never did!The apartment still stunk ! Never smelled cleaners! I prepaid them which was a mistake! $300! Never again!
