Nu Tech Pest Control is a Stamford exterminator whose owner, Mel Rich Jr., has been quoted by westfaironline.com on why bed bug populations grew. The company's website offers a no-cost, no-obligation inspection to identify the pest and plan how to eliminate it. A 2022 customer said Mel would use whichever methods the customer felt comfortable with, and that he locates the entry points and builds them out rather than only getting the pests out. A 2024 customer said Mel was knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish and planned to keep using him. A 2022 customer gave one star and said the company was supposed to return to provide service but never showed up.
