We have a difficult driveway to navigate and the drivers always do a great job of getting oil delivered to our house. The company has been quick to respond when we had an issue with the furnace and the office staff has always been very friendly. We have used this company for 15 years and have never had any problems.

Customer of 5 years, never had any issues until my last delivery when they claimed I needed to have the whistle on my tank checked out because it was faint. When I called to order this year, I was told they would not deliver until a technician came out to look at it. Over the phone, the nice lady told me that it often just needed a quick check, but if it really needed service it could cost money. I agreed to the only terms that would get my oil delivered and the technician was scheduled to come out between 1-2 two days later. The technician arrived at 1:40, put a vacuum to my outside line for 1 minute, returned to the van to use their phone, then knocked on my door at 1:45 telling me I was all set and that he needed to collect $86 from me. He also mentioned how they are doing me a favor by only charging me for a half-hour of work. I didn't bother to argue with him as he has to do what the company tells him, so I called the base to speak with "service". A man answered and was immediately defensive. He claimed that was the service. I told him I could have vacuumed it for free and that I was told I needed service real service, like its broken. I was also led to believe that a 1-3 minute interaction would be free of charge and that only a real service such as, replacing a broken whistle would cost me money. I asked if there's anything he could do for me as a customer about to order oil and he reminded me, twice, how they are already doing me a favor by not charging me a full hour. The technician was on my property for less than 8 minutes and I live 4 minutes from their base. They could have recommended I vacuum it and I would have/would still be their customer. I will not buy oil from them again. Enjoy the $68 over the thousands in oil. 10 minutes later my oil delivery is scheduled with a different company.

One of the oil trucks just went by my home on East Road in Adams. Had to have been going at least 50 mph. Slow your drivers down!!
