O'Connor Property Maintenance & Excavation describes its work as site work and tree removal, backed by full-property care across the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Its stated service area runs from Bristol, Franklin and Tilton up to Laconia, Meredith and Holderness. The jobs are mostly dirt and drainage. One customer had Shawn grade a driveway, dig drainage ditches and replace 4 culverts that were old and crushed, within the budget and time allotted. A customer who bought a house in Laconia in 2015 says he installed a french drain around the foundation and the basement has not had a drop of water since; in January 2026 Shawn cut down a pine tree that was hanging over that customer's house. For a newly installed generator, one customer needed a trench dug to a new 500-gallon propane tank. The company was familiar with the code and requirements for the job and supplied the material, equipment and manpower at a reasonable price. A couple who bought an old farmstead say he has done land clearing, tree removal and plowing, delivered loam and wood chips, and repaired their livestock barn. One customer relies on him all through the year for driveway plowing, soil and stone delivery and light grading. A customer had Shawn make an additional parking spot; before that, the company took trees down, chipped brush, made sites for a trailer and made a raised bed with a stone wall. A customer who has had five separate projects done says Shawn does what was agreed to at the price estimated, shows up when he says he will and completes the work in the stated time frame.
