Obie and Sons Contracting did an exceptional job renovating my new home. They handled updated painting, door replacements, closet renovations, and several other projects, and I’m extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. Throughout the project, I got to know Obie, his brother Jimmy, and several members of their team and subcontractors, including Fernando. Everyone I interacted with made the entire experience incredibly smooth. They were consistently professional, respectful, communicative, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. What impressed me most was their reliability and attention to detail. My family needed to move into the space on a tight timeline, and they committed to a deadline and delivered. Their attention to detail was especially noticeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work and are constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond expectations. They were also very flexible when I asked them to take care of a few additional odd jobs around the property, including installing a new downspout. As a new homeowner, I also had plenty of questions about the house, and Obie and his team were always willing to answer them and offer helpful guidance. I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. Going forward, Obie and Sons will be my primary contractor for anything I need done around my home. I look forward to hiring them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented contractor who genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Oben was extremely helpful from start to finish. This was my first time remodeling the floors in my home (old tile was gray and new tile is white), and he made sure everything was timely, communicated well, offered his perspective on things I had not considered, and ensured the work quality met his and my high expectations.
