I bought a run-down house from 1990 in December 2021, which required a complete make-over. I am not the most experienced person in construction and had several unpleasant experiences in the past. I chose Octo Construction based on Frico’s excellent communication, accurate social media information and his reasonable quote. I never had reason to doubt him throughout the long process to get a building permit in Brookline. Frico guided me through every step and town regulation. The project completion was delayed due to unexpected structural issues, however, Frico worked closely with a structural engineer and architect and ultimately impressed the building inspector on every visit with design and structural integrity. Frico is a very good listener and our home looks beautiful! Frico was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. All his employees were professional and courteous. Octo Construction is a great company to do business with! They are prompt and timely and, as far as workmanship, they cannot be beat. I would recommend them over other construction companies in the Boston area.
