The North Andover company says it has served Massachusetts homeowners since 1987 and that Jeff Oliver is its founder and owner. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor (HIC) license is active on the state registry. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 37 ratings, and many reviewers are repeat clients. An August 2026 customer said they had used the company over five years for a drain problem, foundation repointing and new brick and granite steps. In June 2026, a customer on their second project said the crew also fixed a section of walkway their fence installers had messed up, and another customer that month described a new patio and driveway plus repaired front steps, with the site cleaned up at the end of each day. In a June 2025 review, a homeowner said the crew replaced a large crumbling retaining wall reachable only through a neighbor's yard, without heavy machinery. Jeff Oliver, Chris and Steven come up by name across the reviews. A July 2025 customer said Jeff told them about 70% of their front lawn could be saved rather than dug up, then later replaced two patios, rebuilt a flagstone walkway and sodded the rear and side yards. A 4-star May 2026 review said replacing the driveway retaining walls forced an unplanned, extra-cost redo of the backyard path; the same customer said that when the front hardscape shifted a couple of years later on their sloped lot, Oliver noticed and offered to fix it at no cost.
