I am extremely happy with the work and service provided by On Time Plumbing. The service is exceptional, from the office staff right down to the plumbers. They went above and beyond to ensure that the cost of repairing my pipe damage was reasonable. They were very professional and did an impeccable job—10/10 service! 👌👍

I read good reviews but my experience was different. The techs were polite and respectful but had little knowledge of older plumbing. They told me they would have to cut pipes off and try to match the fittings charging for a trip to the supply store. It would be over 400. To replace one dishwasher supply valve . I suggest the company send more experienced plumbers to older homes as a 5 minute Google search directed me to home Depot for 5.00 in parts.

We had a new high-efficiency gas furnace installed last month by Jack and his team, and I can’t say enough good things. Our old unit was wheezing and costing a fortune to run; this new one is quiet, heats the whole house evenly (even the chilly downstairs), and the energy bill dropped noticeably right away—about $100 less per month so far. The install crew showed up on time, kept the place clean, and explained everything clearly—no hard sell, just solid advice. They finished in one day, tested it thoroughly, and even showed me how to use the smart thermostat. Zero issues since, and it’s already survived a couple of really cold snaps. If you’re replacing a furnace, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend—5/5, no hesitation.

So impressed! I was distraught because the wall in my bathroom had rotten out because of shoddy work by the previous owner. Jack and Jack jr took out my old shower and installed a new shower+tub combo in ONE DAY! Incredibly friendly and respectful (Jack sr called me Mr.) would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

This is the second large project that we have had done by him and we’ve come to depend on his fair pricing and amazing quality of work all done in a timely manner.
